Kelsey Brown, RMT

Hello, I would like to introduce myself, I am Kelsey I am a second year student at Wellington College and am lucky enough to fulfill my practicum hours at Bluebell health. In my spare time I love to be active going to the gym, playing soccer and cycling. Also, I love animals so don’t be shy and please show off pictures of your fur babies.

Through my studies I have gained a love for remedial treatment meaning, the whole process of consultation, assessment and treatment of dysfunction of soft tissues. Please be willing to spend ya few minutes at the beginning of your treatments to discuss and come up with a treatment plan for your pain. Currently I use a variety of Swedish and deep therapeutic techniques with the help of muscle energy techniques to aid in your appointments. I am very excited to keep learning and growing into a fabulous therapist.

Aimee graduated in Dec 2022 with honors from Robertson College.  During her spare time she likes to cook and be with her family.

Claire Andrada, Lead RMT

My name is Claire Andrada and I am a Registered Massage Therapist.  We are delighted to announce the opening of our clinic, Bluebell Health. Bluebell Health Massage Clinic is located at 17-1030 Keewatin Street. Our clinic specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage intertwined with soothing relaxation techniques.

I am a graduate of the massage therapy program at Robertson College. I have over 10 years of experience, including 6 years of massage therapy in Dubai and 4 years in Macau. In addition to my education at Robertson College, I also graduated from the Physical Therapy program at STI College (formerly, De Los Santos College) in the Philippines.

I am passionate about optimizing your health and well-being through massage therapy and when you book with me, I will take the time to properly assess your areas of concern in order to create a personalized treatment plan for you. Alexandra Tahimic, RMT

Alexandra graduated from the Massage therapy program at Robertson College.   She is a good standing member with the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba.

She believes that massage is great for keeping muscles and soft connective tissue healthy, along with mental and emotional health.  Her goal with each individual client is to help with pain management, improve or maintain range of motion joints, and just to help us relax from our day to day stresses.
Alexandra incorporates a variety of techniques during her treatments that are specific to each clients needs. Being a mother herself, she is also very knowledgeable in prenatal and children’s massage.  Everyone at Bluebell looks up to her for advice and professional wisdom.  She works with compassion and truly has a mother’s touch.  🙂

Maria Vital, RMT

My name is Maria Vital and I graduated from Robertson College for the two-year massage therapy program. In this program, I learned how the body functions, with/without injury or with acute or chronic pain; I learned to assess and plan the most beneficial treatment for each individual. Whether general massage or specific therapeutic treatments, with the variety of up-to-date techniques, I am able to provide relaxation, pain alleviation and help with recovery.

I went into massage therapy because I appreciate the lifestyle it comes with and the benefits they offer. I take satisfaction in helping my clients feel better after each session.

Kathleen Homillano, RMT

Kathleen graduated from Robertson College and has been a member of Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM) since 2017. She specializes in sports massage, deep tissue and Swedish massage. She also incorporates trigger point therapy and myofascial release in her treatments. She looks forward to assist her clients to achieve optimal functioning, well being and overall health.

In her spare time, she enjoys working out, travelling, playing with her dog, and spending time with family and friends.

Leila Bermudez RMT

Leila has been in her Massage Therapy practice for 4 years. She is a graduate from Robertson College’s 2-year Massage Therapy Program. Prior to her Massage Therapy practice, she held a degree in Physical Therapy in the Philippines; therefore knowing bone and muscle treatments beforehand. She specializes on musculoskeletal injuries- assessing areas that need mild to extreme treatment. She also offers deep tissue massages, sports and Swedish massage.

Jaymie Arlegue RMT

Jay has been practicing as an RMT in the area since 2018.  He is a graduate from Robertson College’s 2-year Massage Therapy Program in the same cohort as our team lead Claire.

Dr. Justin Schaeffer Chiropractor

Dr. Justin Schaeffer graduated from Life University’s College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA in 2011.  He graduated the youngest of his class, received magna cum laude, was accepted into the Pi Tau Delta International Chiropractic Honor Society for superior scholastic standing, and was awarded the Certificate of Merit in critical thinking and learning proficiency by his peers.

While he personally focuses on adjusting as his core proficiency, using a variety of adjusting styles, including manual, instrument, and drop technique, he also believes strongly in a team-based, multidisciplinary approach to treatment that may include active rehabilitation, massage, or other modalities.
