If you require a medical prescription to access your insurance please bring that to your appointment otherwise we cannot direct bill for you! Call your insurance company to check if you require one. It is your responsibility to ensure your prescription is active and valid. We do not know the details of the policies. We are professionals at submitting and direct billing your insurance with the information you provide us. For issues related to insurer responses or payments, contact the insurance company directly.

We will work our hardest to insure the accuracy of your claims, but payment by insurance is never guaranteed. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract which may prevent us from submitting claims, obtaining the necessary information, or assigning payment. We will do our best to help you, but you are ultimately responsible for the costs of treatment.
